* Thank you to Cody Griebel and George Hendrix for providing these previously unseen shots of our rodeo kids.*
“Kids don’t have to be raised a ranch or rodeo kid. No matter their backgrounds they can participate and find that joy of the sport of rodeo. Most of all they participate together with abandonment and just have a few seconds of sheer fun and hear the cheers of the crowd or get high-five from the rodeo clown for a job well done,”
 – Ginny Harrington of Carbondale (rodeo volunteer, ranch wife, grandmother, horse lover)

Calf Scramble
Get dirty! Rodeo Royalty assist kids 3-10 years old in warm-up exercises before the race. Arena push ups are just the beginning. Excited kids chase a group of calves around the arena to snatch ribbons from their tails. Parents or guardians must sign a release form by 5:30 p.m. on the day of the rodeo.
